Modules

Some parts of DiveHQ are optional. A module you switch off disappears from the navigation menu, so your team only sees what you use.

1. Open Settings › Company and click the Modules tab.

2. On each card, use the Enable Module switch:

   Module	What it adds	On by default
   IDC / Pro Training	The Pro section of the menu: pipeline of divemaster and instructor candidates	Yes
   Equipment Management	The Inventory menu: gear register, purchases, stocktakes, spare parts	Yes
   C9 Visa Tracking	Indonesia only, Pro Training only. Tracks the C9 work visa of Pro Training candidates (divemaster, instructor): visa priority from the program start date, required documents, C9 payment and immigration status, plus a C9 Visa Tracker in Pro Training	No
   Staff Attendance	The Attendance menu and the staff attendance grid	Yes
   Personal Loans	The staff loans tab in Accounting	Yes

3. Click Save Module Settings. Nothing changes until you save.
