Fleet & Facilities

This tab lists everything your divers go out on or train in. It has three sections: Boats, Shore entry points (a beach or a house reef your divers walk into) and Facilities (pools and classrooms). The seats on your Departures come from the capacity you set here.

Add a boat

1. In Boats, click Add.

2. Enter the boat Name and its Capacity: the maximum number of divers per time slot.

3. Scheduling: tick the Available Time Slots the boat runs (morning, afternoon, night…). Under Default Enabled Slots, tick the ones that are open by default. A slot that is off by default can be opened for a given day from the Dive Center board.

4. Keep Active (Available for scheduling) ticked.

5. Optional: under Guide Screen, add a photo of the boat. It is shown full screen on the guide screen, one boat per slide. Landscape works best, up to 8 MB.

6. Click Save Boat.

Add a shore entry point

1. In Shore entry points, click Add.

2. Enter the Name and the Location.

3. Set Divers at a time: how many divers this place takes on one departure. A shore departure needs this limit.

4. Click Save Shore Entry Point.

Add a pool or a classroom

1. In Facilities, click Add.

2. Enter the Name, choose the Facility Type (Pool or Classroom) and the Location.

3. Divers at a time is optional. Leave it empty for no limit: the facility is then limited only by your instructors’ availability.

4. Click Save Facility.

Change or remove

Each line has Edit and Delete. To stop using a boat or a facility without losing its history, untick Active instead of deleting it.

Good to know

A boat or a facility cannot be deleted when:

• it still serves a declared departure — remove it from those departures first;
• it carries bookings from a sales platform;
• it is a pool.

In these cases, untick Active instead.
