Seasons

Create a season

1. Click the Seasons tab and add a season.

   

2. Choose the Season Type: High, Peak, Low, Shoulder or Special Season.

3. Check the Season Name (pre-filled with the year) and set the Start Date and End Date.

4. Save.

   

Overlapping seasons

Two seasons cannot overlap. If you create, for example, a Christmas peak inside your high season, tick Auto-split overlapping seasons: DiveHQ cuts the high season around the new one. Without it, creation is refused.

Next year in one click: clone a season

1. On an existing season, choose Clone.

2. Enter the New Season Name and its dates.

3. Optionally apply a Price Adjustment (%) (for example +5 for next year) and a Rounding rule (to the hundred is recommended).

4. Tick Clone Rate Plans (recommended) and, if you want, Clone Packages. Cloned packages are created inactive, with the same name, so you can review them before selling.

5. Click Clone Season.
