Package Rules holds the rules shared by all your packages: the automatic discounts by length of stay and the extra nights. Set them once instead of package by package.

Room and activity discounts by length of stay

The Room Discounts and Activity Discounts tabs work the same way. Each season has its own list of tiers.

  1. Open the Room Discounts tab (or Activity Discounts).

  2. Under a season, click Add Tier and fill in Min Nights, Max Nights and Discount %. For example: 5–7 nights = 5 %, 8–14 nights = 10 %.

  3. To reuse the tiers of another season, use Clone from and pick that season.

  4. Click Save Seasonal Room Discount Tiers (or Save Seasonal Activity Discount Tiers).

A package uses these tiers automatically for its season and its number of nights. When you create a package, the form shows which tier applies. If you type a manual discount on the package itself, it replaces the tier.

Extra nights

Section titled “Extra nights”

The Extra Nights tab lets guests stay longer than the package length.

  1. Tick Enable Extra Nights.

  2. Set the Maximum Extra Nights Allowed per booking (1 to 10).

  3. Optionally, under Extra Night Discount Rules, click Add Discount Rule: for a Number of Extra Nights, enter an Adjustment %. A positive value is a discount (10 → price × 0.90), a negative value a surcharge (-15 → price × 1.15).

  4. Click Save Extra Nights Settings.
