When a boat goes to the yard or waits for an engine part, record a maintenance period. During those days the boat cannot be assigned on the roster, and the Dive Center board shows it as Maintenance.

Schedule a maintenance

Section titled “Schedule a maintenance”

  1. Click Add Maintenance.

  2. Choose the Boat.

  3. Enter the Start Date and the End Date (when the work should be finished). The end date cannot be before the start date.

  4. Optional: describe the work in Notes.

  5. Click Schedule Maintenance.

Follow the work

Section titled “Follow the work”

The list shows each record with its boat, dates, duration, notes and status: Scheduled (not started yet), In Progress or Completed. The status follows the dates. Filter by status with All Status.

Each line has View, Edit and Delete. If the work takes longer, Edit the record and move the End Date.
