Analytics
- Paid plan: Analytics
Analytics helps you decide: prices, targets, where to sell. Nothing you do here changes a booking or a price on its own. Its tabs are Price simulator, Occupancy, Profitability, Insights, Costs and Market.
Analytics is a paid module: the Analytics entry appears under Management only when it is part of your plan and your user has the Analytics access.
Price simulator
Section titled “Price simulator”Raise your public prices by a percentage, give agencies a commission, and see what you keep.
-
Choose the Season.
-
Enter the Room raise % and the Diving raise % (or Same as room), the Agency commission %, the Max concession % on reference and how to Round prices to.
-
Click Simulate. The tables show, for each room type, activity and package, today’s price, the new price and what you keep after commission. Prices that fall under your floor are flagged Below floor. The commission applies to the new price only, never to mandatory park fees: the Park fee · extra column shows what is charged on top, and Guest pays is the figure the guest sees on the price list, direct or through an agent.
The floor is measured against your Reference prices. Click Freeze current prices as reference (with a reason, for example a fuel increase) to make today’s prices the new reference; previous versions are kept.
Occupancy
Section titled “Occupancy”Real occupancy month by month and boat by boat, and the seats still free to sell ahead.
-
Choose the period (From / To), the Boats, the seat product and the selling price per seat, then click Show.
-
Read the monthly table: trips, divers, seats, occupancy against real capacity and against your target, free seats. Months ahead are shaded: their seats are the bookings already taken.
-
Set a Seat target per trip, an occupancy target and the concession you accept, then Save targets. These targets are for the analysis only.
-
Under Where seats are left to sell, run a scenario with Simulate or Compute: what a given number of sales would bring, at a given commission. Agent must sell at least is the lowest public price an agent can sell at while leaving you the lowest you keep; when it lands above your direct price (the commission is larger than the concession you accept), it is shown in red.
Profitability
Section titled “Profitability”What each centre — each boat, the hotel, the whole club — brought, cost and kept, and where it breaks even. Choose From / To or a season, then click Show.
Each centre carries a badge: Costs complete, Costs partial or Costs missing. A result is reliable only when costs are complete: fill them in on the Costs tab.
Insights
Section titled “Insights”What sells, who comes, when and from where, on real bookings. Pick the arrival dates (Arrivals from / to) and click Scan. You get the rooms, packages, activities and courses most sold, where guests come from, their age and gender, the day of the week they arrive and book, how far ahead they book, the months and the booking channels. Each tile ends with a one-line conclusion: the fact, an option to examine and its limit. Under ten live bookings the figures are only descriptive, and nothing here predicts demand.
Enter your standard cost rates per centre so that Profitability can work.
-
For each centre (each boat, the hotel, common costs), click Add lines: tick the cost lines you know (fuel per trip, food per passenger, insurance per year, electricity per month…), type the amount and the start date (From), and set the Certainty — Estimate or Actual (verified).
-
Click Create the ticked lines.
-
To change a rate later, set an end date (To) on the old line and add a new one: the history stays.
Under Settings, set the capacity target per boat (analysis only), how common costs are shared between the hotel and diving, and your target margin.
