Two views
Section titled “Two views”Switch between the two views with the buttons at the top right.
- List: one line per departure with its Dates, Trip, Boat, Route, the Cabins / pax count (free, hold, booked, and closed when a cabin type is not on sale), the lowest price (From) and the trip Status. Pending bookings and holds are listed under the counts, with their expiry date; No expiry flags a hold that will never release on its own. Not priced means the trip has no cabin price yet. The arrow icon opens the trip.
- Capacity map: one row per itinerary, one column per week. Each departure is a coloured cell showing how full it is: Empty, 1–25%, 26–75%, 76–99%, Full, or Locked. Hover a cell to see booked, held and available spots; click it to book the trip (or to open it, when it cannot be booked).
What “Needs attention” means
Section titled “What “Needs attention” means”A departure needs attention when at least one of these is true:
- it is locked (closed to online bookings);
- it has bookings on hold;
- it is full;
- it leaves within 30 days and is less than half full.
Switch on Needs attention to see only those departures.
