5. Extras & mandatory fees

Setup & Admin › Product Setup › Extras

An extra is anything sold on top of the cabin: nitrox, equipment rental, a course — or a mandatory fee every guest must pay, such as a marine park entrance fee.

In short:

  • Optional extras: create them in Product Setup › Extras with a price and a calculation type (per person, per day…). Guests pick them when they book.
  • Mandatory fees: tick Mandatory. For a park or entrance fee, choose the financial category Park fee: DiveHQ then makes it mandatory, paid on board, not included in the price and not commissionable.
