Feeds & Integrations
- Optional module: Partner Feeds & Integrations
Integrations publishes your departures to partner websites. Each partner reads a file that DiveHQ keeps up to date at a private address: you give that address to the partner once, and your availability and prices follow automatically. The page has four tabs: ScubaDates, LiveaboardHub, Google Merchant and Partner API (see Partner API).
These screens belong to the Partner Feeds & Integrations module, on by default (see Optional modules). Switched off, the menu disappears and every feed address stops answering.
What gets published
Section titled “What gets published”Only published departures that have not left yet are sent, and only those whose boat, itinerary, ports and cabins are mapped (see below) and that have at least one available cabin price. Each tab lists the departures that will not be sent, with the reason, for example Boat not mapped or disabled, Departure port not mapped or No available cabin pricing.
A cabin type marked to be kept out of external feeds (see Cabin Types) never appears in the mapping lists, so it cannot be sent by mistake.
ScubaDates and LiveaboardHub
Section titled “ScubaDates and LiveaboardHub”The two tabs work the same way.
-
Switch on Enable ScubaDates integration (or Enable LiveaboardHub integration).
-
LiveaboardHub only: paste the Import Authentication Code from your LiveaboardHub fleet settings and click Save.
-
Under Data Mapping, open each tab and enter the partner’s code next to each of your items:
- COUNTRY (ScubaDates only): the country of your itineraries.
- VESSEL: each active boat, with its Rate Plan (Standard, Premium or Budget). Untick a boat to keep its trips out.
- PORT: each departure and arrival port used by your trips and itineraries.
- PRODUCT: each active itinerary. Untick Show trips to keep its departures out.
- CABIN TYPE: each cabin type, with its Order in exported file.
The tab names show how many items are mapped, for example 3/4.
-
Click Save All.
-
Copy the file address shown under Where is the file? (ScubaDates shows two: Standard Prices and Discount Prices) and give it to the partner.
Export Status shows the number of Trips to Export, Active Boats, the Next Departure and whether the configuration is Ready. Download CSV downloads the exact file the partner receives, so you can check it.
Google Merchant Center
Section titled “Google Merchant Center”The Google Merchant feed lists every published departure of the next two years as a product, for Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
-
Switch on Enable Google Merchant feed.
-
Under Domain Verification, paste the verification token (or the whole meta tag) from Google Merchant Center and click Save. DiveHQ adds it to your public pages; then click Verify in Google Merchant Center.
-
Copy the Feed URL and add it in Google Merchant Center as a scheduled fetch.
Feed Status shows the Products in Feed, the Excluded Trips (with the reason for each one: no available cabin price, no departure port, or no image on the trip, itinerary or boat), the eligible trips and the Currency.
The feed is rebuilt automatically four times a day. Force rebuild now rebuilds it at once. Refresh History & Monitoring shows the last rebuild, the number of items and an alert when the number of products drops sharply from one day to the next.
