Booking forms are cheap now — a new platform ships almost every week. Twenty years of edge cases are not: a season spent explaining a park fee change to a guest, a night reconciling a POS float at sea. DiveHQ came out of dive centers, boats and resorts that lived exactly that — from the Philippines to Mauritius by way of Indonesia, shore dives and boat departures alike — and modeled the awkward parts instead of pretending they do not exist.

What types of dive businesses does DiveHQ support?

Two products. Liveaboard Management (live, in daily use by the operators who built it), and Dive Resort & Dive Center Management (beta) — one product sold as a package: rooms included for a resort, left out for a dive center alone. Plus a free Agency Partner Program for travel agencies and group leaders.

Is the Marketplace really free?

Yes. Every operator on DiveHQ gets a free listing on divehq.cloud — boats under /liveaboards, dive centers and resorts under the destination pages — with trips, dates and prices synced from your own dashboard. The listing links to your own website, a dofollow backlink from a dive-industry domain. Zero commission on anything it sends you. No setup fees.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The monthly price is the only price. 0% commission on bookings. 0% commission on payments. No setup fees. Every new feature and module we release is automatically included in your existing plan.

What development work is included?

Onboarding, small workflow adjustments and standard partner feeds are included — we have adjusted commission structures, payment schedules, diver form fields and agency rules for operators as part of the plan. Larger integrations are scoped together before we commit, so nobody discovers a surprise either way.
