Does DiveHQ take a commission on bookings or payments?

No. The monthly fee is the only thing you pay DiveHQ. Card and bank fees charged by Stripe, Xendit or PayPal go to them at their published rates; DiveHQ adds nothing on top.

Is the agency portal included?

Yes, on every plan. Your agencies and group leaders use it for free: live availability, contracted rates, commission computed automatically, and prices never shown to their guests.

DiveHQ has two products. Liveaboard Management is €100 per month net, with up to 2 boats included and the first 3 months free. Dive Resort & Dive Center Management is one product sold as a package: €50 per month for a dive center, €150 per month for the Dive Resort package that adds rooms. Every plan is a flat monthly fee with 0% commission on bookings and payments and unlimited users.

Q: What if I run more than 2 boats?

The Liveaboard plan includes up to 2 boats. For a larger fleet, write to hello@divehq.cloud and we quote a flat monthly fee for the fleet — still no commission.

Card and bank fees are charged by the payment provider at its published rates and go to them, not to us. A marketplace taking 15% of a €3,000 cabin booking keeps €450 — three of those cost more than a year of DiveHQ.
